Mark Wynne and Support Changes
Tuesday, 23 October 2007

Hi Gang,

More Updates from me.  If you noticed the site down in the last couple of days it was during our move to new servers.  everything is up and running again now and should be working fine.  Please log in and check to make sure your login works and you are able to access the content according to your Membership Level.

If you have any concerns or issues, please pay attention to this next piece of news.

Ownership of Ez Mini Sites will be taken over by Mark Wynne of Dublin Ireland.  Mark will be coming on board to take Ez Mini Sites to the next level as the Administrator and Owner of Ez Mini Sites, freeing up my time to help more Members one-on-one and to focus more of my time on product creation and study.

I am heading back to study my Masters degree at University next year, so I asked if Mark would come on board and help keep Ez Mini Sites moving forwards for the Members, and to explore new Joint Venture possibilities for the site and more particularly, for the Members.  Mark is looking forward to his new role and brings years of experience online and he will be introducing himself here in just a couple of days!

I am staying on to help out in the Forums and to help with technical issues and basically oversee things from a distance.  You will still see me daily in the Forums and of course I am available by email, but for the most part I will be focussing on product creation.

The one change you may notice is the new Help Desk for Support.

If you click the Support Link in the Menu at the top of the page you will be directed to the new Ez Mini Sites Help Desk.  Feel free to submit any questions you have there and Mark will get back to you immediately.  I will also be assisting so you may get a response form either of us.

I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, my first semester doesn't start until January so I'll be around plenty, but I do want to transition Mark into getting to know you, and you guys getting to know him.  I'll ask him to post int he Forums and say Hi so please make him feel welcome and say hi ok!

That's it!

Remember, if you need anything, post to the Forums first or ask at the Help Desk and we'll get right back to you.

Thanks Guys!

DJ

hmmm. it is November the 17 and no comments? Are being coy, or shy, or.. hmmm smilies/grin.gif It will be very interesting to see what kinds of changes happen, with you freeing up time for product development. Having watched a number of the videos (which are SO helpful and SO WOrth the download times.. ((trickle charge dial-up gets a 3 minute video watchable in segments at about 45 min to 1 hour time) yeah.. tell me about that: OUCH!! =Wilderness in Canada!!)).) So, now that we have splashed the page,,, maybe there will be some comments here. Glad to hear you are not going too far too soon!. smilies/wink.gif smilies/tongue.gif smilies/grin.gif

Awful dial-up thing, I mean the speed of download. Then in 2007 I was on it too. I consider the information that you offer in your article as valuable.

Amazing write-up! This could aid plenty of people find out more about this particular issue. Are you keen to integrate video clips coupled with these? It would absolutely help out. Your conclusion was spot on and thanks to you; I probably won’t have to describe everything to my pals. I can simply direct them here!
